Better Training for Addition Treatment: The Caron Foundation
Physicians and medical students don’t ordinarily receive much training in addiction treatment. In Pennsylvania, that’s changing, thanks to a grant from The Hanley Foundation. The grant provided seed money that allowed the Caron Foundation, a Pennsylvania-based, nonprofit organization offering addiction treatment, to train physicians and medical students in the treatment of addiction.
